產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)述:
R3111x系列是基于cmos的電壓檢測(cè)器ic,具有很高的檢測(cè)器閾值精度和超低的電源電流,可以在極低的電壓下工作,用于系統(tǒng)復(fù)位為例。
每個(gè)集成電路都由電壓參考單元、比較器、用于檢測(cè)器閾值設(shè)置的電阻、輸出驅(qū)動(dòng)器和遲滯電路組成。檢測(cè)器閾值內(nèi)部固定,精度高,不需要調(diào)整。
有三種輸出類型,Nch開(kāi)漏“L”型,Nch開(kāi)漏“H”型和CMOS型。
R3111x系列的操作電壓比Rx5VL系列的低,并可以由單個(gè)電池驅(qū)動(dòng)。
有TO-92、SOT-89、SOT-23-3、SOT-23-5、SC-82AB、SC-88A和SON1612-6七種封裝可供選擇。
